The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification course provides evidence-based training to equip you with the skills and confidence to assist someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.

  • 2 hours of independent study (Self-directed online Module)
  • 7 hours of live, facilitated instruction in a virtual classroom
