Practical steps and coping tools to get back on your feet (or out of bed!) with depression and anxiety. An 8-week CBT group program.

Bouncing Back from Anxiety and Depression is an 8-week cognitive behavioural therapy group program for adults. It focuses on psycho-education support and coping tools to help individuals with anxiety or depression.

The next group runs Wednesday mornings from September 20 to November 8, 2023 from 10:30 am -12:00 pm EST. Available online or in-person depending on your preference. Due to funding, participants from Southeast Ontario will be prioritized.

This program includes:

  • Learning what fuels your depression and anxiety
  • Receiving peer support
  • Learning self-management skill
  • Discovering practical coping tools and strategies

This program is facilitated by social workers from the Napanee Area Community Health Centre and the Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre.
