This module focuses on the cognitive and some additional nutritional aspects. Participants learn 3 key skills.

Living Well with Diabetes Workshop: Learn new skills and strategies to help you manage your diabetes daily, prevent complications and live healthier. Gain the confidence and motivation to better manage your symptoms and the challenges of living with diabetes. For adults of all ages living with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes as well as their caregivers and family members. Participants meet online in small groups for 2.5 hours, once a week for 6 weeks.

Living a Healthy Life Chronic Pain: Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a 6-week workshop that helps people who are experiencing a wide range of chronic pain conditions. Practical tools and information are shared to help develop coping skills, building participants confidence and motivation to better manage their symptoms and the daily tasks of living with chronic pain.
