MAST is a short mindfulness workshop that teaches emotion regulation skills through mindfulness practices and learning about the mind-body connection.
This workshop introduces those living with anxiety, depression, pain etc. to techniques that they can build upon over the four sessions to gradually feel more balanced and present in their lives. The idea behind MAST is to teach short, tolerable practices that get easier over time and help calm the nervous system.
The workshop is open to anyone who believes that they could benefit from these techniques.
