Basics of Mental Health: Focusing on the fundamentals of mental health and the tools and skills that can be used to maintain your overall mental wellness. You will learn how to manage daily stress, avoid burnout, and how to become a self-care expert!
Mental Health Skills to Practice: In the Basics of Mental Health, we identified general ways in which we can support our mental health. Building on that foundation, this module focuses on the cognitive and some additional nutritional aspects. Participants will learn breathwork, cognitive behaviour therapy, and food choices for your optimal brain support.
Nutrition to Improve Mental Health: The body and the mind need to be supported for optimal mental health. You’ll learn practical, health-saving skills we need to know now for mental fitness. Concepts include gut health, how to balance blood sugar, what to eat and what NOT to eat.
Resilience Boost – Overcoming Trauma: Get help now for coping with trauma, both big and small. This workshop helps us understand how we react to big and small instances of adversity (physical and psychological). We focus on the skills to protect us from their impact in the workplace and our daily lives.
Qualities and Practices of Great Teams: Help build resilient teams which can also foster individual resilience. We identify the characteristics of resilient teams and allow your team an opportunity to identify their own qualities and actions.
Emotional Intelligence: What are the top 5 things you can do to improve your emotional connection with others? It matters more than you think! Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions in positive ways. This will relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.
