The Bouncing Back from Anxiety and Depression program is a free, 8-week cognitive behavioural therapy group workshop for adults. It focuses on psychological and education support, and gives coping tools to help individuals who have acute or chronic anxiety or depression, no matter the cause.
This program is facilitated by social workers from the Napanee Area Community Health Centre and the Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre.
- Manage symptoms, such as pain, frustration, isolation and poor sleep
- Discover what fuels your depression and anxiety
- Receive peer support
- Learn self-management skills
- Discover practical coping tools and strategies.
You will not be required to disclose any health or personal information that you do not want to share; all group discussions are kept private and confidential. No referral necessary.
